Does a child who can not speak yet, already knows the codes of verbal exchange?
We are interested in the aspects of language that young children know before they are even able to speak. We observe the reaction of babies to different forms of verbal exchanges.
In the current study, the child watches a video made up of 3 short playful sketches (less than 30 seconds each) featuring two people who will talk to him. In the same time, we are looking at what the kid looks at!
